Skype bot "HebrewCalendar"

Implemented first version (beta) of Skype bot "HebrewCalendar".
Right now the bot supports single command: date.

 - fixed "Geo Service": Location by Zip Code (USA and Canada only) works.

 - Fixed all "extension's validation" issues.

Project "Hebrew Calendar" (sources, issues) update

Hi,

Project "Hebrew Calendar" (sources and issues) moved from "google code" to github service https://github.com/constructor-igor/hcalendar.

I fixed "Geo Service" issue (finding coordinates by ZIP code).
Now I work to fix all validation issues and publish new version on https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/hebrew-calendar/
