iCal standards calendar files

Links to Hebrew calendar files (iCal standard) were posted in the blog:
- basic holidays;
- detailed Hebrew dates.

I am going to add detailed Holiday dates: holidays & Shabbats (include candle light and parasha).
Feel free to publish any ideas about iCal and Hebrew Calendar extension.

I am using Hebrew Calendar (on Firefox v1.5.0.1). I want the display to appear in Hebrew characters.

Normally, CONFIG.SYS contains:
country: 972
lang: iw_IL
code pages: 862,850

The extension won't work correctly with this LANG setting; it displays the date in "gibberish German" -- umlauted Latin letters. In order to work as advertised, I need to change the LANG setting to en_US.

Why?

Dear sirs,

I installed the Hebrew Calendar in Mozilla Firefox v. 1.5.0.1. time ago. Now I want to know how I can desinstall it. I hope you can give me the instructions.
I look forward to your reply as soon as possible.
Thank you very much.

How about a Hebrew Calendar that provides the Hebrew date for each day?

I can only find iCal calendars that give the Jewish Holidays, candle lighting, weekly torah reading, and New Moons.
