Version 1.0.4.07 is uploaded to mozilla site (not published yet).
The latest version of extension (v1.0.4.07) also can be download from site http://hcalendar.eSmartDesign.com.
changes list:
- few locations are added;
- color picker is inserted to Options dialog;
- .dtd file is created (for menu only);

Somehow, Petah-Tikva disappeared from locations list, but Netania shows up twice.
