For the parashiot code may I suggest you to use the code made by http://www.calj.net/en/news.php?gmt=-4
He has a very good JS object for parashiot and all the calculations...

I'll try to use javascript from site calj. Or, at least, I'll investigate algorithm and implement in HCalendar extension.
